PSG Transfer Market: Kang-In Lee on the verge of signing for Paris SG.
Very active in the transfer market, Paris Saint-Germain is lining up new signings this summer. After completing the signings of Milan Skriniar, Manuel Ugarte, Cher Ndour, Marco Asensio, and Lucas Hernandez, the French capital club is now reportedly very confident in securing Kang-In Lee. In search of offensive reinforcements to address the numerous shortcomings observed in the squad last season, PSG‘s officials have reached a verbal agreement with their counterparts at Mallorca for the transfer of the 22-year-old attacking midfielder, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano. The Italian specialist even assures that at this stage, only the signature of the South Korean international is missing before he becomes a PSG player, as he has already successfully passed his medical examination.
Under contract with Mallorca until June 2025, Kang-In Lee was on the radar of many clubs this summer, including Atletico Madrid, Manchester United, and Aston Villa. With training scheduled to resume on July 10th, Paris SG is expected to start officially announcing its new signings as early as next week, allowing them to be part of Luis Enrique‘s squad, the future coach. A transfer fee of around €20 million is mentioned for the South Korean attacking midfielder. Thanks to their strong relationship with Jorge Mendes, PSG continues to significantly strengthen their squad in this summer transfer window.
