FOOTBALL – OM Mercato : Amine Harit clarifies his past with Paris!
OM Mercato: Preformed at PSG, Amine Harit has ignored his Parisian past to join Marseille. The Moroccan returned on the subject.
OM Mercato : Amine Harit does not give importance to his Parisian past
Amine Harit made a big decision during the summer mercato. The Moroccan international made the choice to join Olympique of Marseille from Schalke 04. A wise choice, since the young attacking midfielder is making a good second part of the season. In a long interview with Onze Mondial, the 24-year-old striker talked about his progress in Marseille. The opportunity for him to make a point on his links with PSG.
Indeed, the native of Pontoise has integrated the club of the capital at a young age. He talked about his adventure in Paris Saint-Germain for a few months, before joining FC Nantes, where he revealed himself very quickly in the pros. However, Amine Harit minimizes his Parisian past. At least, he does not give him the importance that some people give him. The player on loan at OM has tried to remove doubts about any attachment to PSG. He recalls that his training club remains FC Nantes. “I wore the colors of PSG as a youngster for three months. I have never really been a supporter of a club in Ligue 1. Afterwards, I was trained in Nantes, so I have feelings for this club that I carry in my heart,” he clarified.
OM Mercato : Amine Harit is proud to play in Marseille
When the offer of Olympique of Marseille arrived this summer, Amine Harit did not think long. He disregarded his former PSG player record to join OM on loan without an option to buy. The former Nantes player showed his pride to defend the Marseille colors and does not exclude the idea of staying in Marseille. “Today, representing OM is a great pride. Not only is it a great French club, but it is also a great European club,” he added. Negotiations between OM and Schalke 04 should take place in the coming weeks for his final transfer.
