Milan: One dead in a fight between Inter Ultras
This Wednesday, an Inter Ultra was killed by a knife wound after he shot another supporter of the club.
In Cernusco sul Naviglio, a town not far from Milan, a terrible incident occurred a few hours ago. Several Italian media outlets report that while parked in a car near some sports facilities, an Inter supporter, known to be part of the Calabrian mafia, shot one of the historical leaders of the Ultras. The latter, who was only hit in the leg, then stabbed the shooter in the throat, killing him.
Aged 49, Andrea Beretta, the person who committed the stabbing, was apprehended by the police who quickly arrived at the scene. Despite being injured by the gunshot, this prominent figure among Inter supporters was taken to the hospital, but his life is not in danger. Now under police surveillance and placed under arrest, Andrea Beretta has claimed that he acted in self-defense and that he did not stab the victim, suggesting instead that the victim had killed himself.
