OL: Endrick — A Disaster Could Still Happen
Everything suggests that Endrick will join Olympique Lyonnais this winter.
However, there are still two months before the transfer window opens, and Lyon are not safe from Europe’s biggest clubs. Juventus have now become the Gones’ new rival in this matter.
Endrick to Lyon seems almost done. The Brazilian is pushing for his move to OL, and the club can offer him a starting spot in attack right away.
Financially, Real Madrid’s conditions are affordable for Lyon. The Spanish giants intend to loan out their striker without a purchase option, in exchange for a €4 million loan fee.
Only one thing could disrupt Lyon’s plans: the winter transfer window still begins in about two months. During that time, many clubs could break Lyon’s dreams.
Juventus are going all in for Endrick.
After Manchester United, Juventus are clearly positioning themselves for Endrick, according to several Italian media outlets, including Juvefc.
The Old Lady is lacking offensive efficiency this season. The fault lies with their forwards, most of whom have been very disappointing. While Dusan Vlahovic is emerging, the two summer signings — Loïs Openda and Jonathan David — have been huge flops.
The former strikers from Lens and Lille do not fit into Juventus’ starting eleven.
Juventus’ new coach, Luciano Spalletti, believes Endrick can do much better than them.
The site Tuttojuve aims to reassure Lyon. Juventus are in a weak position to overturn the situation regarding Endrick.
It is believed that the Bianconeri waited too long before approaching the Brazilian striker, allowing OL to attract and convince him to join the Rhône club.
Moreover, Lyon’s attacking department is far less congested than that of Juventus. Juventus’ French CEO, Damien Comolli, will need to find the perfect pitch to divert Endrick away from Lyon.
